Christopher R. DeAngelis, D.O.,F.A.C.O.I.
Internal Medicine Physician
Dr. Christopher DeAngelis was born in Trenton, Michigan. He received his bachelor’s degree from Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia, completed premedical studies at the University of Michigan-Dearborn, and attended four years of medical school at Midwestern University, Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine in Downers Grove, Illinois. He then completed a three-year internship and residency in internal medicine at Henry Ford Riverside Osteopathic Hospital.
Jennifer Burgtorf, A.G.P.C.N.P.-B.C.
Nurse Practitioner
Jennifer received a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing in 2011 from Wayne State University. In 2015 Jennifer graduated from Madonna University with a Master of Science Degree in Nursing as an Adult-Gerontology Primary care Nurse Practitioner. She is Board Certified through the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). She strives to treat each patient as if they are her own family member.
Sarah Wilson, M.D.
Family Practice Physician
Dr. Sarah Wilson grew up in Troy, MI. She met her husband, from Trenton, at University of Detroit Mercy, and they lived in Woodhaven for 5 years while she attended Wayne State University School of Medicine. She and her husband moved to Rochester Hills where she completed her Family Medicine residency at Troy Beaumont. After graduating she stayed on as a faculty physician, treating patients and teaching resident physicians for 10 years.
